90-Day Guarantee Policy

Our promise

Try Natty Focus Blend for up to 90 days. If you are not happy with it, we will refund the product price of your first order, even if you have opened and used the boxes.

How it works

  • The guarantee applies to your first order of Focus Blend (one-time or subscription), once per customer.
  • Email info@drink-natty.com within 90 days of your first order being delivered, with your order number.
  • You do not need to return the product or any free Welcome Kit items.

What we cover

  • A full refund of the product price of your first order. Shipping charges on one-time orders are not refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

Subscriptions

A refund does not cancel your subscription automatically. To stop future orders, cancel through your account at drink-natty.com or email us. See our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for details.
