How It Works

The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a Natty product only.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To make a claim, you must provide:

Your order number and proof of purchase.
A photo of the opened packaging showing reasonable product use.
A short explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations.

We may request additional information if needed to assess your claim.

What We Cover

A full refund of the product purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

What We Don’t Cover

Change of mind.
Taste preference.
Failure to follow recommended usage directions.
Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery.
Multiple claims from the same customer or household.

We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the above conditions.

This guarantee is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
