Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship to the United States and to most international destinations. Our products are formulated and labeled for the US market.
Shipping rates
- Subscription orders: always free.
- One-time orders: $10 standard shipping, free on orders of $100 or more.
- Rates for international orders are shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery
In-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery within the US then takes 5-8 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
Pre-orders
Items marked pre-order ship within 30 days of purchase. If your order will take longer, we will email you before that date with a new estimated ship date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
International orders
If you order from outside the United States, you are the importer of the goods. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by your country, and for checking that the product can be imported and used where you live. We cannot refund orders that are refused, returned or seized because of import restrictions in the destination country. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Digital products
The Focus Protocol Playbook is delivered by email and does not ship physically.
