At Natty, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened consumable products.

To start a return, please email us at info@drink-natty.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@drink-natty.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened sachets or consumable products, sale items, gift cards, or custom or promotional bundles. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
